Not enough pictures of the captains mate. It seems unfair that people with empty lives who come to your blog seeking vicarious pleasure should only see shots of Cap'n Jack eating brekky when the lovely 'Dove' could so easily be photographed grinding (and I mean that in the nicest possible way)or possibly admiring the view from the captains window I heartily concur with your preferring peguin over whale, a much tastier meat altogether; sort of a cross between platypus and dolphin. If God had meant us to eat whales we'd have lost the big one back in 45! I enclose weather details for the next few days... Mid North Coastal Waters,Wooli to Seal Rocks and 60nm seawards: Friday until midnight: Wind: W/NW 5/10 knots, though SE/NE 5/10 knots in the afternoon.Sea: less than 1 metre Swell: E/SE less than 1 metre. Saturday: Wind: W/SW 13/18 knots, tending S/SW during the afternoon. Sea: around 1.5 metres Swell: E/SE tending S, chiefly 1 to 1.5 metres Sunday Outlook: Wind: W/SW 10/15 knots easing. Afternoon seabreeze to 10 knots inshore. Monday Outlook: Wind: SW/S 15/25 knots.
Carry on, all ahead full and keel haul the main-brace. Lovepants (Admiral retd.)
